Eddie Warner et sa Musique Tropicale - Mambo artificial
Before reinventing himself at nearly sixty as a Proto-Electronic music pioneer via his own Illustration Musicale label, Library Music Maestro Eddie Warner lead a successful exotic orchestra during the fifties. Quite a lot of records were released, mostly on the Odeon label, but few reached the intensity of this pure blast of percussion madness.
Mambo Artificial was composed by yet an other Library Music regular figure, Paul Piot and while it did not reach the popularity of Esmeralda, Paul Piot's major hit from the same period, it was a small standard on the french Typic orchestra scene.
